Villa Policy

• The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. No extra guest/s can be
accommodated (unless prior agreement with the owner)
• Guests can have access to the villa from 2pm on the day of arrival, and must depart before 12pm (noon) on the day of departure.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke or eat inside the bedrooms
• All minors under the age of 21 are not accepted on their own in the villa and must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the stay.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.

Services Available

• Our prices include 3 service employees : Manager (barman/waiter); Cook as well as a chambermaid

Additional services:
• If the number of guests for meals is over 16, it will be necessary to hire extra employees to help the cook and the waiter. (cost of approx 30 USD/day per employee)
• The work schedule of the employees is from 8am to 10 pm. If required, staff can stay longer. However a small cost may be incurred. This can be arranged and paid directly to the Villa Manager.
• Personal laundry can be provided by the chambermaid for an extra charge. Please arrange this directly with the Villa Manager.
• The phone is not to be used by the guest/s. However the Manager will be delighted to arrange your restaurant reservations.
