The villa has been sensitively restored and converted into a stylish summer retreat for the privileged few.  A short walk along a footpath from the central parking area will lead you to the welcoming doors of this magnificent villa, which formerly served as a winery and mill complex that dates back to the early 18th century.
The sheer size of the property allows for two entrances from the cobblestone footpath into the large lower and upper courtyard - ideal for outdoor entertaining and sunbathing. The lower courtyard houses a double bedroom with twin beds and beautifully crafted en-suite bathroom. This room offers a picture perfect window overlooking the island.
 From the lower courtyard large barn-style doors open up into a living room with seating alcove, which once served as a wine pressing area. The large and relaxed living space is furnished with a mixture of modern and traditional fabrics and beautiful rugs cover the traditionally polished cement floors.
Double doors lead from the living area into the second comfortable double bedroom, complete with a cave-style en-suite bathroom.
A beautifully curved staircase connects the lounge with the dining room, which offers a wonderful entertainment area. The fully equipped and modern kitchen overlooks the upper courtyard and outdoor hot tub.
 From the dining area double doors lead to a spacious and airy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The upper courtyard houses the entrance to the dining area and upper living space of the villa. A fourth double bedroom, with separate entrance boasts with a lounge area and en-suite bathroom.
 The large outdoor Jacuzzi is perfect for cooling down whilst sunbathing or after a day of sight   seeing on the island.
In addition there are four further terraces with spectacular 280 degree views to the North West and north east of the island, which boasts spectacular views of the Caldera, volcano, Fira, Imerovigli, Oia and the whole eastern coast from Kamari. On clear days it is possible to view 14 of the surrounding islands. Spectacular sunsets are pretty much guaranteed every evening!
