You have a very nice pool with teak bridge and sun beds & garden with a beautiful lawn & Pine trees. You also have a private access to the Canoubier beach with it's amazing views and scenary.
The Villa is located in the writer's area, where Collette & Marcel Pagnol lived, giving it an extra brand to the place.
It has been entirely renovated and is well equiped with all moderns fittings.
