The Villa Rental Process in St Barth: 

1. Browse our listing of villas in St Barth, by location, budget and/or number of bedrooms, narrow in on a villa (or more using the whishlist), then send us an online request for more information. You can also call us directly and use the help of our St Barth villa Specialist.

2. Our St Barth villa specialist will check availability of the selected villas and will answer any questions you may have that would help with your decision.

3. A Booking Agreement will be edited, and you will have 4 business days to send us your first deposit (30 % of the total amount) in order to secure your vacation dates.

4. Once the villa has been secured, our concierge department will assist you on any arangements you will need for your vacation from car rentals or even have you villa pre-stocked upon arrival.

5. Balance/Final payment (remaining 70%) would be due 65 days prior the first day of the rental, and would be required to confirm the rental of the chosen villa.

6. Upon Arrival, pick up your luggage and go to the car rental area to get your vehicule, then go to our local representative booth. From there you will be escorted to your villa.

7. Once at the villa, the villa manager will give you a short tour and will handed you the keys.
