The Chalet Rental Process in Zermatt: 

1. Browse our listing of chalets in Zermatt, by location, budget and/or number of bedrooms, narrow in on a chalet (or more using the whishlist), then send us an online request for more information. You can also call us directly and use the help of our Zermatt Chalet Specialist.

2. Our Zermatt chalet specialist will check availability of the selected chalets and will answer any questions you may have that would help with your decision.

3. A Booking Agreement will be edited, and you will have 4 business days to send us your first deposit (50 % of the total amount) in order to secure your vacation dates.

4. Once the chalet has been secured, our concierge department will assist you on any arangements you will need for your vacation.

5. Balance/Final payment (remaining 50%) would be due 84 days prior the first day of the rental, and would be required to confirm the rental of the chosen chalet.

6. Upon Arrival from train station, pick up your luggage and the manager will wait for your arrival . From there you will be escorted to your chalet.

7. Once at the chalet, the chalet manager will give you a short tour and will handed you the keys.
